Thomas has served as a project leader for leading companies in the automotive, furniture, and construction materials industries. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from Braunschweig University of Technology, Germany.

Public servant and social entrepreneur with three decades of experience. Andrew was the director of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation for 15 years and was a founding director of the Social Innovation Exchange and of Collaborate CIC. Prior to this, he has held senior roles at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, HSBC, and the Arts Council of England.

Honorary Research Fellow at UCL, from where he completed his PhD in Infrastructure Economics. He is a member of the Liberal International Climate Justice Committee, an Executive Member of Liberal International British Group and on the academic board of the Paddy Ashdown Forum. He works as a climate advisor at the Tony Blair Institute. 

Simon Gentry is one of the most experienced public affairs specialists in London. In a long career bridging business and politics, Simon has worked with CEOs, Boards, senior communications professionals, UK Ministers and MPs, EU Commissioners and MEPs, elected representatives and regulators and officials in London, Brussels and across Europe on a diverse range of challenges.

Jon Hugget has decades of leadership experience from top-tier consulting firms, including The Bridgespan Group, Bain & Company, and The Boston Consulting Group. He has advised numerous boards such as The Wikimedia Foundation, Médecins Sans Frontières, and All Out, providing critical insights that fuel both private and social sector success.

Tony has retired after a long career in SMEs and Politics. He has served as a town and county councillor in Copeland and was the Labour Party Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Copeland in 2019.
